Training Program Application
About the Program
Offered at our Plainfield location, the Nurse Assistant Training program can prepare you for a successful career as a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant. Taught by credentialed nurse instructors with working experience in long term care, students can complete the program within 4 to 8 weeks. In compliance with Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH), the comprehensive training and curriculum consist of 105 hours of training including theory, simulation lab, clinical instructions.
Qualifications
Must be 16 years old or older
Must be able to pass a background check
Provide a 2 Step TB Skin Test
Must be able to read and write English
